Yes! both hemp derived CBD and THC products are federally protected under the 2018 Farm Bill and contain <0.3% Delta 9 THC on a dry weight scale. 

“Dry weight” is the measurement of an object’s mass when completely dried. In other words, when laboratories remove all the “water” from a hemp plant, they calculate the Delta-9 percentage based on the remaining dry weight. If the number remains below 0.3%, the plant is compliant.

It’s a third-party lab report that not only reveals the cannabinoid content of the product but it also has results for any contaminants such as solvents, pesticides, and heavy metals.

This is probably the most important factor when purchasing hemp-derived THC products. Everyday Delta posts full-panel COAs for every product and manufacturer that we sell, as we fully stand behind the products we offer and its efficacy and what we portray the product to contain. We advise caution against buying any products that do not have a full-panel COA from a third-party lab posted.

Delta 8 FAQ

Delta-8 THC is a cannabinoid found in the cannabis flower. Delta-8 THC is an isomer of CBD, which is derived from hemp. All of our products contain only THC derived from hemp and at level no more than 0.3% THC.

Yes, federally, Delta 8 THC is legal due to the 2018 Farm Bill, which states that all derivatives, isomers, and cannabinoids in hemp are legal. so long as the final product has less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC.

Delta 8 THC does have psychoactive properties, yet to a lesser degree than Delta 9 THC. Like other cannabinoids, it interacts with the body’s endocannabinoid system – specifically the CB1 receptor of the nervous system – to bring on its psychoactive effects. Despite the difference in the natural quantities of Delta 8 and Delta 9 in cannabis, when concentrated, they interact with the nervous system similarly

We recommended that you start with a small dosage and then work your way up. This rule of thumb applies to any form of consumption that you may choose to enjoy. For your first time, you may want to try these products at home or prior to going to bed.

Age Verification

Customers must verify that they are 21 years of age or older to place an order for any THC-related product. This step is essential to comply with legal regulations and to promote responsible usage of our products.

About 90% of U.S. customers are able to be verified instantly using just their name, address, and date of birth. If you cannot be verified automatically using basic order information, you will be prompted to submit an image of your photo ID.

This process is easy and occurs within the AgeChecker popup; you will not be redirected from the checkout page.

Once you have submitted a photo ID, it usually takes 10 to 30 seconds to verify you, depending on the number of requests in queue.

The date of birth you enter into our popup must also match the ID, even if both are above the minimum age. Accurate records will allow you to pass the ID prompt next time. Certain IDs, such as military IDs, require images of the front and back to show us the necessary information.

If you've uploaded an ID once and use the same name, address, and date of birth for your next order, you won't be asked to submit an ID again. If one of those three things changes or is entered inaccurately, you won't be recognized, triggering the ID prompt.
