What is THCP?
THCP first begins as a substance initially formed as cannabigerol acid (CBGA), known as the “mother cannabinoid” from which cannabinoids derive. By the same token, TCHPA (Tetrahydrocannabiphorol Acid) becomes THCP, and on its own it is 33 times stronger than regular THC, which means its effects on the body are amplified.
Is THC-P Legal?
Yes, THC-P is federally legal under the 2018 Farm Bill. That bill states that all hemp-derived products are legal so long as they contain less than 0.3% Delta 9 THC on a dry weight basis.
